The series in inspired by the same-titled book by Marco Bianchi, published by Harper & Collins. In each episode Marco creates a new approach to cooking and identifies seven emotional categories to find a balance and to fill our emotional needs: affection, good mood, creativity, rest, concentration, courage, energetic charge. For each category he cooks simple and tasty recipes that are precious allies of our psycho-physical well-being.
